Resultrics ("we", "us", or "our") operates a multi-organization platform for race results, live timing, and racer profiles. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Racer information submitted by racing organizations: name, race number, hometown, vehicle, license type, and historical race results.
Account information for organization admins and racers who claim their profile: email address, hashed password, and role assignments.
Usage data such as page views, referrers, and aggregate analytics events, used to improve the service.

How we use information

To publish race results, live timing, and racer profiles as authorized by the racing organization.
To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
To communicate with claimed racers about their profile, claim invitations, and license change requests.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Race results and racer profile data are public by design — that is the purpose of the platform. Account credentials and contact details are never shared publicly.
