Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Resultrics LLC ("Resultrics", "we", "us"), a company registered in Utah, United States. By accessing or using Resultrics, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Use of the platform
- You may browse race results, live timing, and racer profiles for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not scrape, harvest, or republish content from Resultrics without written permission.
- You may not attempt to disrupt the platform, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.
Accounts
- Organization admin accounts are issued by Resultrics in coordination with the racing organization.
- Racer accounts are created by claiming a racer profile and verifying ownership via email.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Racers under 18
- If a racer is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create and hold the account, claim the profile, and accept these terms on the racer's behalf.
- Accounts and profile claims for racers under 13 must be held and operated by the parent or guardian.
Your content
Racers who claim their profile can upload photos and edit profile details. You keep ownership of content you upload and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display it as part of operating the platform. Only upload content you have the right to use. We may remove content that appears to infringe someone's rights or violate these terms; report concerns to [email protected].
Content ownership
Race results, schedules, and series data are owned by the racing organization that submits them. Resultrics publishes that content on their behalf. Trademarks, logos, and sponsor brands remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimer
Resultrics is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all results, timing data, or profile information are complete or error-free. Official results are determined by the racing organization.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Resultrics LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for all claims relating to the platform is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us to use the platform in the twelve months before the claim and 100 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah. Nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights that the law of your place of residence (including Canada) does not allow to be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
